The 2023 West Richland Veterans Day Parade!
2023 Veterans Affairs Regional Site Veterans Day Parade
Date: Saturday, November 11th, 2023
Location: Downtown West Richland
Parade Start Time: 9:30 am
Over the past 18 years, the West Richland Chamber has been able to secure the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Site designation from Washington DC.
West Richland is one of only three cities in Washington state and the only one put on by a Chamber of Commerce with this Regional Site distinction. In fact, West Richland Chamber hosts the only designated Regional Site Veterans Days Parade east of the mountains!
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs selects the regional sites each year for the Veterans Day Commemoration. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs notifies the governor of our selection to encourage support of our Veterans Day activities.
Since 1999, this event has grown over the years to have 100+ entries, with over 1,200 people in the parade. More than 3,000+ people attend the parade each November. Please join us to celebrate our Veterans.
We ask the local community to support our local Veterans and their families by entering our regional celebration. There are also sponsorship opportunities available for businesses.

Following the parade, there is a Chili Feed hosted by Combat Veterans International. Profits from the Chili Feed help provide new flags for the monuments around this region.
